The LOTTERY: Admission to an oversubscribed seminar will be determined by a lottery of those who have listed that seminar as their first choice on the registration form if received in the office by 9:00 a.m., Friday, December 11th. Registrations that are received after this date will be added to the waiting list behind those who were in the lottery.
